Home Visits / Domiciliary Care
We will provide regular home visits that will help ease the pressure of your daily activities thereby supporting your independence. You will be provided with a personalized care service tailored to your individual needs in the comfort of your own home.
Our home visits range from morning calls to bed calls as many times during the day or night as required and within the duration best suited to your needs. However, we do have a 30-minute minimum call requirement. Our services may be short-term, long-term, permanent, or temporary. Nightingales’ commitment to you is to provide a care service that is convenient and delivered by a team you can trust.
Live-in-Care
Live-in care provides you with bespoke care built for your identified personalised needs with a skilled personal care assistant living within your home.
You receive a one-to-one care personalized to your needs which means you can build a strong bond with your personal care assistant. Your care assistant will encourage your interests and foster independence to continue as long as possible. Live in Care provides a personalized care service with a familiar routine, a familiar face and in your comfort zone -your own home.
Respite
This type of service allows the main carer to take a break and recharge knowing that you have highly skilled professional supporting your care in a familiar environment. This service can be for a variety types of care tailored to the services you require. We provide respite care for all kinds of scenarios such as covering for a regular carer, hospital discharge, after an incident and recovery from illness.
Companionship
We carefully look at your personality and assign a care staff with similar interests to ensure that each day is enjoyable and interesting.
Our care staff will support you and accompany you with your shopping needs and attend social events. Day and night sits are also provided to ensure you have someone there for support during the day or night and when you need it.
Support with Domestic Tasks and Meal Preparation
Our team will assist with the preparation of nutritious meals that support your dietary needs. We will also keep your home environment clean by providing you with our cleaning services.
Medication Administration & Management
Our care staff are experienced with medication management and administration. They will support with prompt medication administration if required. We will help you schedule and accompany you to your appointments and help you with medication pick up.
